News - Prices of new build decreased with 4% in 2011

According to a survey of the Sociedad de Tasación the price of new build houses in Spain decreased with an average of 4%. In all autonomous federal states the prices declined. The strongest price drop was measured in the Comunidad Navarra (-7.3%) and the least in the Comunidad Galicia (-1.3%). In the Comunidad Valencia the fall in price, relatively, turned out better than the average:-3.2%. In the short term experts do not expect any improvement in the situation.
