50% of 1100 registry offices and 3000 notaries in Spain are finding it hard to make ends meet. “Measures to make them more “efficient” are being taken, as well as changes to the areas over which the offices have jurisdiction”, according to General Manager of Registry Offices and Notaries, Joaquin Rodriguez.
